What business achievement are you most proud of? 
Starting from scratch in Port Colborne 10 years ago with a concept that created a unique business persona and now expanding to second location in Fonthill.

Where do you go or what do you do to unwind? 
Our kitchen. We still cook to unwind and enjoy a nice bottle of wine.

What two words would you use to describe Pelham?
Charming.  Smart.  Growing.

What is your favourite part about working for a business in Pelham?
With our opening just behind us by one day, we have been incredibly impressed and a bit overwhelmed by the welcome and enthusiasm given to us by local residents.   We had (have) a loyal clientele that supported our Port Colborne location, but we didn’t realize how many actually lived in Pelham.  Once we announced our new location, people went out of their way to make us feel confident about the decision.   We are looking forward to our new friendships and customers here in Pelham.

Tell us one interesting fact about yourself that not many people would know
Monica was a Frank Sinatra groupie!  I followed Sinatra on a tour of Italy in the early 90s. Fred has learned to enjoy listening to Frank Sinatra.
