What business achievement are you most proud of?
The Opening of my Healing and Wellness Centre. It is so satisfying being able to foster Whole-Person well-being in this beautiful Town we call home. Seeing myself and my Client’s reaching for their full potential is my bliss. I believe you are the expert on you. As a wellness coach and energy practitioner I am proud of the services and classes offered through my space. Your Life; Designed by YOU!

What is one interesting fact about yourself that not many people would know?
I have a solid Corporate Management background of over 20 years.

Where do you go/what do you do to unwind?
Practice yoga and meditation in my Studio; Attend Jazz music nights at The Cafe on Main; Hang out with my amazing kids, dog and cat.

What two words would you use to describe Pelham?
Enchanting, Evolving and Empowering

What is your favourite part about running a business in Pelham?
The co-creative, supportive nature of my fellow business owners. There is enough for all. I believe we are all rooms in the same house; at some point we all will need to use the kitchen and bathroom. We might as well get along.
