What business achievement are you most proud of? 
Becoming the Executive Chef at Pen Lakes. It’s one of the best courses in all of Ontario.  The view of the region is truly inspiring! I am also very proud of my staff, watching them grow from Apprentice to Chef’s makes all the long hours worth it.

Where do you go or what do you do to unwind? 
To unwind, I spend all of my free time with my loving wife Michele, son Jack, & baby girl Paige.

Friendly, Inspiring, Beautiful

What is your favourite part about working for a business in Pelham?
It’s all about the people you meet day to day, plus I get to go out and find the best produce from cherries to peaches, the best in the region is right here!
