What business achievement are you most proud of?
I am proud that I have successfully provided Pilates to the community of Pelham for 11 years and our studio has been able to expand and grow to offer a multidisciplinary approach to health and wellness.

What is one interesting fact about yourself that not many people would know?
I took and taught Ballroom dancing when I was in my teens.

Where do you go/what do you do to unwind?
I love spending tie with my husband and two boys, ages 11 and 14. We enjoy getting out in nature. My other pastime is learning … I read and take courses to give me energy and enthusiasm!

What is your favourite part about running a business in Pelham?
I love the diversity of people that I get to meet and work with. Pelham is full of amazing talent and people who understand what community is all about.
